Goliardyk N. Psychological Peculiarities of Competitive Behaviour Influence upon Relations and Studying of Students at Higher Educational Establishments

Thesis deals with the investigation of psychological peculiarities of competitive behaviour influence of relations and studying of students at the higher educational establishments and also with working out the psychological directions of its preventing and overcoming. The psychological nature, essence and signs of competitive behaviour among students’ youth have been defined more precisely. The determinants of negative competitive behaviour origin among students and also the psychological directions of its preventing and overcoming have been determined. The programme of preventing and overcoming negative competition among students (which consists the training «Productive Cooperation» and algorithm of study group tutor's actions on preventing and overcoming negative competitive behaviour among students have been worked out and verified experimentally. The practical recommendations on psychological support of students who suffer from competitive behaviour in the students surrounding have been suggested on the results of the investigation.
