Essay

The research provides theoretical background and a new solve of an actual problem of modern pediatrics: prediction of severity of acute diseases of the gastrointestinal tract caused by conditionally pathogenic microflora and optimization of treatment. It was investigated that low levels of short chain fatty acids indicate decrease metablic activity of the normal intestinal microflora and reducing its activity. Principles of correction of major disturbances have been formed. They consist of a combination of a pathogenetic and supportive treatment with the some adsorbent, рrobiotic and prebiotic.
