Levchenko N. The National Statehood Idea as a Factor in Reforming the Public Administration System in Ukraine

Object of research: a process of reformation of the public administration system is in Ukraine. Purpose: determination and theoretical ground of maintenance, constituents, principles and stages of genesis of the Ukrainian national statehood idea, development of directions of its institutialization in the process of reformation of the public administration system. Methods: semantic-etymologic analysis, system-analytical, dialectical, historical, comparative, synergetic, structurally-functional. Results: theoretical ground and applied interpretation of the Ukrainian national statehood idea as a ponderable factor of influence on reformation of the public administration system. Novelty: maintenance, constituents, principles and stages of genesis of the Ukrainian national statehood idea is grounded in theory; essence of national idea as a specific resource of public administration is grounded; norms create principles, on the basis of which this essence opens up, are selected. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
