Kovalenko N. State Policy of Overcoming Poverty in Ukraine

Object of research: public policy in the sphere of social defence of population in the conditions of administrative transformations. Purpose: development of theoretical and applied positions in relation to the increase of efficiency of mechanism of forming and realization of public policy of overcoming poverty in Ukraine. Methods: hypothetical-deductive; abstracting; analysis and synthesis; designs; factor analysis. Results: ground of theoretical principles and practical measures on perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of public policy of overcoming poverty in Ukraine. Novelty: in theory the structure of mechanism of forming and realization of public policy of overcoming and prevention of poverty in Ukraine is grounded; principles are specified and conceptual positions of the theoretical providing of public policy of overcoming poverty are grounded. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Volyn, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions. Areas of use: public administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
