Tarnopolskyi E. Methodical bases of city planned geodetic networks reconstruction for providing of cadastral works

Object - the city planned geodetic network. Methods - statistical methods, namely the methods of statistical hypothesis testing, mathematical methods of geodetic measurements results processing are used. Novelty - a common methodological approach to the problem of the of geodetic networks reconstruction plan for land use planning in the cities of Ukraine is developed. A method for calculating the accuracy of GPS-networks creation for the reconstruction and the creation of urban geodetic networks which takes into account the peculiarities of the measurements in urban environments is developed; methods of geodetic projections selection for surveying and land use planning in the cities of Ukraine are improved, which allows you to pick up a projection in which it is possible not to enter corrections in the geodetic measurements for passing to the accepted projection, a method of studying the state of existing urban geodetic networks using statistical methods is developed, which allows you to set the value of global and local deformations and to draw conclusions about the need for reconstruction of urban geodetic network. Results - the technologies are developed for cadastral surveying work support in the cities of Ukraine. They can be used for: research and reconstruction of existing geodetic networks in the cities of Ukraine, improvement of laws for creation and reconstruction of geodetic networks in the cities of Ukraine, development of technologies for surveying and reconstruction of planned geodetic networks in the cities of Ukraine.
