The thesis is devoted to assessing indicators of nonspecific inflammation, endothelial dysfunction and lipid-transport system of blood in patients with essential hypertension (EH), the definition of their role in disease pathogenesis and prognostic significance. The study involved 104 patients with verified diagnosis of hypertension, Correlation of indicators of inflammation (CRP and TNF-?) containing von Willebrand factor and soluble adhesion molecules, indicating the role of inflammation in causing endothelial dysfunction in patients with EH. It is shown that in patients with EH most informative criterion of lipid-transport system of blood levels of ApoB and apo-A1 and ratio apo-B/apo-A1. Determined the importance of increasing the integral index of CRP/HDL cholesterol to assess the severity and prognosis of cardiovascular complications. The assessment of prognostic significance in points investigated parameters and based on the findings from a long observation set diagnostic thresholds of risk. Determined independent predictors of progression of advanced EH and their constellations and formed mathematical model. The method of determining the degree of progression of hypertension and its complications can contribute to differentiated approach to treatment.
