The thesis is devoted to the political analysis of the U.S. security policies in recognition of the validity of the information factor in international politics, which acts as an independent means of influencing the policies of modern states and as a basic domination resource in international relations, characterized by increased humanitarian component of international security. The thesis analyzes the main factors of information security in the context of the new National Security Strategy of the United States, identified their typology and mutual, causes and motives of information influence in the international activities of the state; research on original sources, especially information security factors - political, economic, security, scientific, technological and cultural, found fundamental differences between the factors of information security in the real practice of international influences of America and found causal relationships between potential international impacts and their degree of effectiveness in international cooperation; The role of the information component of the strategy the U.S. National Security Administration B. Obama presents the author's approach to understanding U.S. cyberstrategy policy as providing global leadership of the state in international relations.
