The thesis is devoted to the solution of the problem of essential importance to the geological sciences - the study of landslide processes on the local level, which is taken to assess of landslide hazard, so you can ensure an effective landslides assessment on the formation as well as in the process of their monitoring. A comprehensive approach to assess landslide hazard study that provides a combination of landslide areas of geological, geophysical and engineering geological methods of calculating slope stability and forecast the possibility of landslides and activation on quantitative probabilistic level was developed and implemented. The effectiveness of this approach was shown on the examples of landslide areas in Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Kharkiv regions.
