Shargorodska N. The Objective Signs of Compositions of Crimes in the Banking System.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of socially dangerous deeds that infringe on the public relations in the sphere of the banking system. The criminal legislation rules on responsibility for the perpetration of such crimes, the objective signs of compositions of crimes in the banking system are under study. The author on the basis of the social, economic, philosophic and legal concepts and rules: examines a definition of a banking system; tries to determine a position of the group of crimes that infringe on the banking system within the classification of economic crimes; reasonably explains the importance of the objective signs of the compositions of crimes for the qualification of crimes in the banking system; investigates theoretical fundamentals in relation of the definition of the object of a crime and its signs, provides a detailed characteristic of the object and the subject of crimes in the banking system; comprehensively analyses the signs of the objective components of the crimes under question, and also draws one's attention to certain aspects of the social control over this system. The outcomes of the research have been formed into a number of theoretical provisions, and proposals as to improvement of the current legislation and a practice of its application.
