Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the diagnosis of coronary artery disease in patients with nonsignificant coronary artery disease and evaluation of the effectiveness of statin treatment of such patients. Determined exercise tolerance in patients with nonsignificant coronary artery disease compared with that in patients with significant coronary artery disease. An assessment of endothelial function changes according to ultrasound brachial artery and level of endothelin - 1 in serum and indicators of systemic inflammation in patients with coronary atherosclerosis, depending on the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Established diagnostic value of noninvasive methods for diagnosis of atherosclerosis in patients with nonsignificant coronary artery disease. Analyzed the significance of endothelial dysfunction, systemic inflammation and the prevalence of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with nonsignificant coronary artery atherosclerosis in the development of myocardial ischemia during treadmill test.The estimation of the impact of treatment with atorvastatin for 6 months on endothelial function, systemic inflammation and exercise tolerance in patient with nonsignificant coronary artery disease.
