Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease perinatal complications at women with a metabolic syndrome On a basis studying at them clinical-ehografical, biochemical and endocrinologinal features, and also improvement of a complex of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome in development of placentary dysfunction is shown. The features of formation and a functional condition fetoplacental complex are shown at women with a various index of weight of a body. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, doplerometrical, cardiotocografical and endocrinological indicators at women with superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome is established. It has allowed to expand data about the reasons of development of placentary dysfunction and perinatal pathologies at patients with superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
