Dissertation is devoted to the benefits of lower frequency of preeclampsia, severe forms by using technology of improving prevention, taking into account the role of connective tissue disease among risk factors. A clinical and epidemiological studies, which allowed to establish the frequency of late gestosis are at 6.4 %, to prove crucial hereditary disease of connective tissue in severe and critical forms that specify the risk factors for different clinical variants relevant to the modern reproductive generation Kharkiv region (metropolis of Eastern Ukraine), including socio-demographic characteristics, family and reproductive history, especially the perinatal development of the women. As a result of a comprehensive examination of women showed that the presence of genetically determined "weakness" of connective tissue in women is seen as a condition in which an important pathogenetic role of endothelial dysfunction, which is a prerequisite to the vulnerability of utero-placental insufficiency and fetal grows restriction.. Proved proposed and implemented advanced technology secondary prevention of severe forms of preeclampsia, which is based on the prediction of the state from the standpoint connective-tissue associated risks, angioprotektors (flavonoidic substances drugs Ginko biloba) in the second half of pregnancy.
