Gabro O. Responsibility witness, victim, appraiser, expert, interpreter for acts under Art. 384 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

The thesis conducted a comprehensive study of liability for acts under Art. 384 CC of a witness, victim, appraiser, expert translators under the criminal laws of Ukraine and some foreign countries and not formulated this basis, theoretical innovations and suggestions to improve the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This work defines the origins and genesis of criminal liability for false testimony of a witness or victim or knowingly false expert opinion during the inquiry, pretrial investigation, enforcement proceedings or investigations of ad hoc or special temporary commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in court knowingly false report of an appraiser assessed the property at the time of execution, and knowingly wrong translation by a translator in the same cases.
