Shuvar B. Organizational and economic methods of organic agricultural production

The theoretical principals of operation of organic agricultural production and provision of organizationally-economic functioning are being researched. Used is a systematic approach for analyzing the production of organic agricultural products in Ukraine and around the world. The essence and characteristics, as well as methodological approaches to the assessment of organic production in Ukraine are considered. Special attention is spared to study the demand for organic agricultural products in Ukraine, as well as costs of growing. The most favorable districts of Lviv region for organic agricultural production are determined. Here are worked out the recommendations for improving the functioning of organic agriculture in today's environment, as well as organizational and economic mechanism of conversion to organic farming in Ukraine, which will expand the market of agricultural products, improve its marketing, will have a positive impact on the health of the population and its social condition.
