The thesis presented scientific evidence and worked out practical methods of cellular mobile phones with camera (cameraphones) in forensic investigations. The classification of digital forensic photography. The limits of the use of cameraphones according to the expert task resolution and spectral characteristics of the camera. Opportunities of fixing photographic traces of blood using a cameraphones and color filters standardized.
