Essay

The thesis is devoted to analysis of criminological bases of forming and experimental verification of models of counteraction criminality system in Ukraine nowadays. The main characteristics of the current state of crime in Ukraine and the problem of ensuring security in the state are observed. Essence and character of modeling as a universal method of criminological analysis are researched. Issues of modeling of the criminality counteraction system are outlined and algorithm of an experimental verification of models and suggestions to use the proper methodology are formulated.
