Essay

The dissertation explores the poetics L. Pakharevsky's (1883-1943) shorts epics forms in the context of ideological-aesthetics search of Ukrainian literature frontier of the ХІХ-ХХ centuries. The author explores the thematic, images, genres systems L. Pakharevsky's prose. On the basis of analysis the L. Pakharevsky's texts studies specific of the revaluation narodnic traditions, character of interaction the positivists, realists and modernists tendency's in the L. Pakharevsky's story and novel. It is the first analyses L. Pakharevsky's short prose as the manifestation of art nouveau in Ukrainian literature.
