Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to developing the theoretic-methodical and experimental substantiations of fitness technologies' integration into the system of future physical training teachers' education for forming their special moving skills. The structural components of the professional readiness of the future physical training teachers for using fitness methods with the purpose of improving the level of harmonic moving skills of schoolboys in the system of organized and out-of-school forms of physical activity are first researched in the Dissertation. The complex of the organizing-pedagogical measures as for the process of using the fitness methods into education of future physical training teachers was devised.
