Ilinich S. The syntactic parameters of legislative text

The dissertation is the first research, devoted to the analysis of syntactic parameters of the system of differential signs of legislative substyle of officially-business style of modern literary Ukrainian from positions of legal linguistics. It sets the determination of syntactic structure of a style by some extralinguistic factors. It is distinguished 5 functional, semantically-stylistic categories (completeness, exactness of the meaning, impersonality, directivity, standard structure) and the features of functioning of a component of formally-syntactic structure of sentence, simple and composite sentence and a complex whole. A tendency to the selection of legislative substyle of officially-business style of modern Ukrainian in independent functional style is forecasted.
