Essay

105 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and ischemic heart disease were examined. We had concluded thet tumor necrosis factor alpha correlates with the stage of AH. AH leads to cardiomyocyte (C) and endothelial cell hypertrophy and hibernation which correlate with AH. Myocardial infarction except necrosis leads to C stunning, hibernation, apoptosis and necrosis in near-infarction and intact zones of the left ventricle, as a result that leads to progression of heart failure. Beta-blocker carvedilol showed to impovement of the state of patients. Branch - medicine.
