Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the problematic issue of surgical treatment of patients with chronic ischemia of brains, caused by multiple occlusive-stenotic damages of aorta arch brunches.A new approach to a surgical treatment of patients with multiple occlusive damages of aorta arch brunches has been developed in the dissertation, based on the fundamental research analysis of disturbances mechanism of brains blood flow. During the study, it has been identified that the most severe decompensation of brains blood flow is being registered among the patients with combined damage of carotid, subclavian and vertebral arteries.
