Gurak L. Legal Economical Support of the State High Schools Activity.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the legal economical support of the state high schools activity. The particularities of economical and legal regulation of the state high schools activity, included legal competence and economic personality, property rights, types of the economic contracts, regulation and administration are investigated. The legal competence and economic personality are analyzed according to the Commercial Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "About High Education", other legal acts and it is proposed the amendments to the Ukrainian legislation in force. It is proved that the single legal title - law of the operative administration is the most corresponded to the legal nature of the state high schools. The normative regulation of the legal economic responsibility of the state high schools is improved. It is specified the scope of the regulation and administration of the legal economical activity of the state high schools. The legal characteristic of the contracts of the state high schools is provided also. The special attention is focused on the contract on the professional education according to the state order.
