Lytkin R. Prophylaxis of Pregnant Women Premature Lying In with the Risk of Miscarriage on the Background of Mycoureaplasma Infection.

There has been conducted clinical and laboratory investigation of 179 pregnant women. On the basis of research results there have been established risk factors and main pregnancy complications on the background of mycoureaplasma infection under its various quantity estimation. It has been defined that because of mycoureaplasma presence in the birth duct of pregnant women there are observed microbiocenose abnormalities and vagina pH shift to alkali side takes place. The contamination of M.hominis and U.urealiticum genital tracts causes the increase of interleukin-6 level in cervical mucus and free Е3 in saliva. These facts made it possible to define the risk group under threat of premature lying in activity and estimate the effectiveness of conducted treatment. As the result of morphological investigation there have been defined the clinical and morphological peculiarities of fetoplacental complex lesion with mycoureaplasma infection. In the thesis there has been proved the effectivenes of antibacterial drugs josamycin et klindamicyn in treating the threat of premature lying in caused by mycoureaplasma infection. The suggested treatment led to decrease of premature lying in frequency, perinatal morbidity and mortality.
