The dissertation is devoted to reducing the frequency of degenerative diseases of the vulva in prepubertal age by improving and implementing the algorithm of diagnostic and therapeutic criteria. New risk factors for degenerative diseases of the vulvae in prepubertal age, namely kraurosis vulvae, with regard to family and obstetric history were established. Correlative dependence between the duration of the course of chronic inflammation and stage of kraurosis vulvae in prepubertal age was set for the first time. For the first time clinical course of kraurosis vulvae in prepubertal age is divided into stage dystrophy and atrophy based on cytology of the epithelium. While studying the 10-12 years old girls with kraurosis vulvae, which developed against the background of chronic recurrent vulvovaginitis, the changes in humoral immunity were found. These changes were characterized by increasing IgG in serum. Profound study of psycho-emotional state of patients with kraurosis vulvae in prepubertal age was held for the first time and the impact of disease on quality of life was shown. Pathogenetically reasonable complex of therapeutic and diagnostic measures in kraurosis vulvae in prepubertal age was set. Usage of introduced comprehensive therapy showed maximum therapeutic effect in patients with disease term to one year. Analysis of the usage of introduced comprehensive therapy by patients with kraurosis vulvae in prepubertal age showed the improvement and absence of relapse within 6 month in 92.6 % of cases and complete recovery in 7.4 5% of cases. After the second course of treatment, which was carried out after 3 month, the recovery was observed in 42,3 % of cases, the improvement and absence of relapse within 6 month were observed in 96,2 % of cases.
