This thesis is devoted to comprehensive scientific research of the issue related to alternative civil disputes resolution methods. It is noted that ADR system is an absolutely real and vital mechanism for the resolution of civil disputes that arise between physical and legal entities in the modern democratic countries with the developed market economy. In order to explore ADR methods comprehensively and in depths, a concept of alternative dispute resolution is considered here as disputes resolution and legal conflicts settlement by means of alternative (non-government) forms which should ensure fast and efficient resolution with minimum expenditure of time, effort or money that would be incurred by the party involved.
