Essay

The thesis is devoted to individualize the treatment of patients with the external genital endometriosis by the analysis of the morfofunctional state and genetic polymorphism of steroid hormone receptor in heterotopic endometrium. There was assessed the frequency of the positive expression of the progesteron receptors of endometrium amongst females with the various clinical forms of endometriosis. The peculiarities of the life quality of the patients with external genital endometriosis were analysed. There was determined higher prevalence of the mutant alleles amongst the patients. The frequency of homozygote genotype was under 10%. In 9% cases there was observed the homozygote status by ESR1 gene and in 8% of patients - by PR gene. Only 5 patients had the combined homozygote genotype. The absolute majority of the second group had the heterozygote genotype by ESR1 and PR gene and only one had by the wild alleles. There was demonstrated that the individual approach to the treatment of the patients with the external genital endometriosis should be grounded on taking the morphofunctional state and genetic polymorfism of the receptors of the ectopic endometrium.
