Kozenko R. Political modernization as a factor in the democratization of state building processes in Ukraine

Object of research: democratization of the state-imperious systems. Purpose: theoretical ground of maintenance, essence and directions of democratic political modernization of the system of State power and administration in Ukraine. Methods: structurally-functional; category, comparative analysis; analysis and synthesis; structural and procedural approaches. Results: in theory maintenance, essence and directions of democratic political modernization of the system of State power and administration are grounded and directions of democratic reformation of the system of State power and administration are certain in Ukraine. Novelty: systematized and grounded factors of political modernization of the system of State power in Ukraine; determination of concept "Political modernization of public administration" is improved. It is inculcated in activity of authorities the Lugansk region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
