Avtukhov K. Execution of punishment of arrest.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of the process of execution of punishment in the form of arrest. The content and main features of this punishment are revealed, historical practice of its application are analyzed. Theoretical position of the legal status of prisoners in detention, and peculiarities of legal fixing the rights and obligations of condemned to arrest are revealed, the ways of improvement of its legal regulation are suggested. The requirements, which institution must meet to execute punishment in the form of arrest in it are defined, arrest house regime peculiarities are allocated. On the ground of conducted analysis proposals to improve the criminal and criminal-executive legislation are formulated.
