The dissertation is made criminological characteristics and described a system to prevent violent satisfaction of sexual passion by a unnatural way. Are considered the specific factors, which promote latention of this crimes. In this work are considered the social - demographic, сriminal-legal, moral - psychological attributes of the criminals and the victims. The determinants of the violent satisfaction of sexual passion by a unnatural way are considered on macro-, micro- and individual levels. We made proposals to improve measures to prevent the violent satisfaction of sexual passion by a unnatural way of general social, specifically-criminological, individual levels.
