Essay

The thesis is devoted to the cultural philosophical analysis of the peculiarities of mutual influence of inborn and artificial languages in information era culture. The basic attention is paid to the social cultural dependence of language transformations. Significance of terms "the inborn language", "the artificial language" and "information" are specialized through correlation. Ambivalent coherence of inborn and artificial languages genesis and general cultural development of humankind are grounded. Intensification of inborn and artificial languages interaction emerge in gradual prepotency of artificial language environment in the process of cultural realia representation, which is one of the basic reasoned characteristics of language cultural environment of information era. Man gaugeable character of specialized artificial languages is disclosed. Scientific sphere is proved to be the most dynamic part of modern culture in the meaning of inborn-artificial language system, as well as social practices, involved into the circulation of information. Fundamental tendencies leading to language environment changes in modern cultural era are determined.
