Research actuality is caused by the necessity of effective management by the marketing, commercial, financial, economic, staff and production policy of enterprises to ensure competitiveness of products of food industry enterprises . In this work the strategic management is considered as one of the most prominent competitive advantages, because it allows the enterprise to determine directions of development, ways of achievement the set organizational goals and to provide the observance of mission and coordinate interests of all interested parties of business: owners, management, staff, suppliers and consumers. Based on research of development trends in the wine industry and the impact of environmental factors, offered methodical approaches to determine the effectiveness of strategic analysis methods for vine making enterprises; developed conception of determination of strategic directions development of enterprises of vine making industry with the use of strategic analysis instruments; scientifically proved types of competitive conduct that could be applied in that or other market situation in the selection of the proper competitive strategy, that allows company to stabilize the situation in terms of steady development and multiply its chance to hold out in stay in a particular market segment. In dissertation work offered the methodical bases of selection of strategic analysis model to ground the enterprise strategic development direction; strategy formulation of wineries enterprises of different strategic groups and defined the strategic analysis place in the process of enterprise strategy implementation.
