Essay

A research object is a process of processing and utilization of sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants. Purpose of dissertation work: diminishing of accumulation volumes of sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants by processing with the use of second energy resources and by subsequent utilization at a sidewalk tile manufacture. Research methods: the methods of researches in dissertation work were based on approach of the systems, which foresaw a choice and account of influence of dominant factors on the probed processes; experimental researches were conducted on standard methods in laboratory terms with the use of chemical, physical and chemical, physical methods of analysis, the mathematical methods of processing of experimental data, methods of mathematical statistics, are utilized in calculation part of work, including, method of analysis of variance, plural regressive analysis, methods of prognostication and design. Theoretical and practical results: the method of calculation of technological and structural parameters of equipment of flow sheet of processing of sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants is developed on the delete of moisture to 5 - 10 % tables of contents, which allows to set the technological parameters of drying vehicle at the terms of the low temperature mode of the convective drying; developed recommendation on application of geared-up sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants as a substitute of carbonate containing of natural material and composition of materials-components for the receipt of concrete mixture for making of the colored decorative cement concrete of the muffled color gamut at a sidewalk tile manufacture. Degree of introduction: developed recommendations on application dried up at the low temperature mode to 5 - 10 % humidity of sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants as substitute of carbonate containing of natural material and composition of materials-components for the receipt of concrete mixture for making of the colored decorative cement concrete of the muffled color gamut at a sidewalk tile manufacture it is inculcated on the PE “Hohlov Michael Michaelovych”. Range of application: processing and utilization of sludge waste of water treatment of thermal power plants at a sidewalk tile manufacture.
