Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to development of the method and the tool of software products' usability management. The method is based on automated multi-criteria usability evaluation and optimization of achieving usability level that meets requirements. Mathematical models of evaluation and assurance of software product usability are developed. The model of usability evaluation based on the method of nested scalar convolutions . The model of usability assurance is obtained from the evaluation model by introducing a resource (labor) as objective function. On the basis of proposed models and method the software system was created.
