The research provides theoretical substantiation and practical elaboration of the methodology of teaching future managers profession oriented English dialogue with the use of profession oriented authentic audiodialogues. The content of teaching future managers has been detailed. The main genres of communication and types of dialogues in their professional activity have been defined. The list of basic and compensatory skills required of students to master during training have been singled out. Managers’ oral profession oriented foreign dialogue peculiarities have been analyzed. The didactic and methodical potential of authentic audiotexts for teaching optimization has been substantiated. The profession oriented authentic audiodialogues selection has been organized. The subsystem of exercises and the model of teaching future managers with the use of profession oriented authentic audiodialogues have been worked out. The experimental teaching has proved the suggested methodology validity; its optimal variant has been substantiated. Methodological recommendations to teachers for organizing profession oriented English dialogue teaching have been developed.
