Belzetskyi R. Biotechnical system for remote monitoring of the functional state of special forces soldiers

The research object is the process of RMON of the functional state of fighters of special divisions. The work aims to increase the efficiency of activity of the special division in conditions of operative extreme contact by creation of method and biotechnical system for RMON of the functional state of fighters of special divisions. Research methods are based on the use of substantive provisions of analysis of the systems, theory of the biotechnical systems, mathematical design and mathematical statistics, expert methods, bases of synthesis, theory of informatively-measuring systems, computer treatment of information, elements of fuzzy logic, elements of theory of automatic control, psychological methodologies. Scientific novelty: -the method of monitoring of the psychoemotional state of fighters of the special divisions is first offered , its novelty is introduction of bidirectional feed-back between a fighter and commander, that provides determination and prognostication of behavior of fighters by means of authentication of their psychoemotional descriptions, that promotes efficiency of management of battle operation, and in case of necessity - allows to carry out the operative reforming of composition of the special divisions adequately to the new situation. -structural-functional organization of the biotechnical system got further development for RMON of the psychoemotional state of fighters of the special divisions in which, unlike existing one, a bidirectional feed-back that provides continuity of informative process of evaluation and management of battle operation is introduced. The practical value of the received results consists: in developing the generalized algorithm of psychological selection of fighters of the special divisions according to the test of " Personality type determination", that, provides their ranging on grounds of functional tension on three groups on the stage of selection to the special division and periodic control of their functional state; in developing of sheet-oriented and structural realization of block of primary registration and treatment of physiology signals as a bangle; in development of biotechnical system for RMON of the functional state of fighters of the special divisions. Degree of introduction - the results of dissertation are introduced in the Center of practical psychology at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia area, in Ukrainian SRI of medicine of transport of MOZ of Ukraine and in the educational process of the Vinnytsia National Technical University. Sphere (branch) of the use - in the special divisions of Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Internal troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in the special divisions of state power structures, in subdivisions of Ukrainian peacemaking contingent.
