Essay

The object of research is the process of psycho-physiological testing and selection of candidates for contract service; the works purpose is to improve the reliability and adequacy of the psycho-physiological selection by creating the information technology of cadre support and the process of collecting, analyzing and evaluating the results of the selection, training and operations personnel for contract service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; methods are based on the use of: the principles of systems analysis, fuzzy logic, methods of knowledge bases development and functional diagnosis; the theoretical results - the first proposed information model of the unit commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It takes into account the managerial competence, which allows to estimate the extent the concordance of individual psychological indicators of candidate and professional requirements to the commander. First proposed a comprehensive criterion for decision-making about the readiness of candidates, which is characterized by a hierarchical structure parameters. This parameters allow to develop the psychophysiological model of contract service candidate, which based on the fuzzy logic. It provides high-quality, multi-level selection of candidates, based on the results of the psychophysiological diagnostic evaluation of personal qualities, the level of motivational orientation and intellectual abilities. Improved method for making decisions about the candidates suitability for military service, which is characterized by the use of multi-level hierarchical technology. It allows to estimate the motivation for military service and to determine the professional orientation of the soldier; the practical results are to improve the methods of professional selection; development of psychophysiological and information models for contract service candidates and applicants for senior positions; development of information technology of psycho-physiological selection. The degree of implementation - the results of the dissertation are introduced and used in enlistment offices and regional centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the contract service selection (Mariupol), in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence Ukraine for the selection of candidates for senior positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Sevastopol), in the learning process of Vinnytsia National Technical University. The area of use - Armed Forces of Ukraine for the selection of contract service candidates, for the selection at military schools training, for selection on senior positions.
