Gorban N. Clinical and pathogenetic features of the course of retention ovarian cysts in women with genital herpes.

The thesis is devoted to improving of the reproductive health of women with retention ovarian cysts and genital herpes by the study of clinical and instrumental characteristics, features of microbiocenosis of the genital tract, analysis herpes-viral infection of various biological environments, in comparison with the indices of the immune system, morphological and ultrastructural changes on organ level and improvement upon this base approaches to the tactic of diagnosis and treatment of this pathology. The results of the analysis of the data obtained in the course of work indicate the significant role of chronic inflammatory process of genitals that occurs on the background of viral and bacterial contamination of the genital tract with the defeat of the remote from the gate infection of the reproductive system, the ovaries. Proved the presence of antigens of genital herpes in tissue capsule of the retention cysts by the immunofluorescent method with subsequent determination of their pathogenic effects on the structural elements of the nuclei of the epithelium cells of cysts. Developed the scheme of complex diagnostics of women with retention ovarian cysts followed by phased algorithm of differential etiotropic treatment before the therapy appointment.
