Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease perinatal pathology at АD women with dystress syndrome of born on the basis of working out and introduction of advanced algorithm diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The estimation of frequency and structure of indications to operation CS in the conditions of typical city maternity hospital is presented . It is established, that constant increase frequency АD does not allow to lower essentially level perinatal pathology. Frequency and structure of the established and unstated reasons dystress syndrome of born at patients, delivery by operation CS is shown. The interrelation between presence of placentary dysfunction against dysgormonal infringements and development dystress syndrome of born is established at delivery women with risk factors. Scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for the purpose of frequency decrease perinatal pathologies is proved at АD women with dystress syndrome of born. Comparative aspects of frequency and structure of indications to operation CS for last 5 years (2005-2009) are studied. Efficiency of various methods of diagnostics dystress syndrome of born during pregnancy is shown and at delivery. Risk factors and frequency of hypodiagnostics dystress syndrome of born are studied at АD. The technique of an estimation of a biophysical profile of a born that allows to raise efficiency of early diagnostics dystress syndrome of born during pregnancy is optimised, and at delivery. The advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for frequency decrease perinatal pathologies is developed and introduced at АD apropos dystress syndrome of born.
