Tatulych I. The civil procedural form in the court of the first instance in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex, structural and functional analysis of the civil procedure form in the civil law proceedings. The author stated the results and determined the main tendencies in the justice administration improvement order in civil cases in the court of the first instance in Ukraine. The author has investigated the characteristic peculiarities of the appearing process, formation and development of the civil procedural legislation as a legal framework of the civil procedural form, reveals the notions, features, bounds and peculiarities of the civil procedural form application in different ways of proceedings. Theoretical and practical problems of the civil procedure form structure determination, its system-forming elements are analyzed in the thesis.
