Essay

The dissertation analyses main regularities of the state's foreign sovereignty transformation under circumstances of the post-bipolar system of international relations, connection is established between special features of realization foreign sovereignty idea by the state power and erosion of the "Westphalia" world model. Special attention is paid for analysis of conflict factors of the strategic foreign independent Ukraine's course choice and fulfillment. It was find out that principle of nation's sovereign equality suffers essential transformation in circumstances of the post-bipolar model of international relations formation and more frequently put under doubt, which can bring it to the revival on qualitatively higher level - imperial principle of world's ruling. It is determined that non-controlled disintegration of the "Westphalia" model of international relations creates row of threats and actualizes questions of the international and national security, tied together with existence of "non-functioning" states, that have only formal sovereignty.
