Lebid I. Theoretical-methodical basis of corporate governance quality level estimate at mining enterprises.

The thesis is devoted to working out of tools and practical recommendations for perfection of approaches to estimation of corporate governance quality level of mining enterprises. The methodical approach to rating estimation of corporate governance quality level is improved on the basis of open information, which allows to carry out an independently estimation by any external users. It has been proposed the approaches to appraisal corporate governance level of mining enterprises in value terms. The approaches for comparable estimation of activity results at mining enterprises are improved by comparison of enterprises' profits not only by observance of social corporate standards but also taking into account strategically oriented direction. It has been suggested the approaches to estimation of market multipliers which permit to appraise correlation between financial component of enterprises' value and comparable financial results of their activity. Valuating tools of estimation of efficiency of measures for corporate governance improving are developed. Results of the dissertation are introduced at OJSC "Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant", PJSC "Ingulets Iron Ore mining of dressing combine". Sector - the economy (mining).
