Essay

The dissertation contains fundamental and practical recommendations on the engineering of cast-in-place floor slabs construction with lightweight inserts in multistorey blocks of flats. The factors effecting upon the selection of structural and engineering floor diagram: the slabs with column caps in form of increased thickness of a slab at the capital area or without such kind of thickness; slabs with beams; slabs with beams and girders have been distinguished. The extent effect of the factors (storey height in light, structural diagram of beams, girders and caps, setting of a slab above ground level, floor slab thickness, functional tolerances of the structures, number of inserts to 100 m2 , geometric dimensions of inserts, insert mass, outdoor air temperature) on the labour intensity of floor construction has been determined by the research findings of the production process of the lightweight cast-in-place floor slabs. The selection technique of structural and engineering conceptions of erection of cast-in-place floor slabs implementing the principle of the iterated retrieval of the efficacy structural and engineering conception of floor slabs and increasing the accepted solutions objectivity has been worked out and implemented in actual practice. The structural and engineering conceptions on the slab floors construction with lightweight inserts in form of polystyrene foam prizes at residential buildings construction have been proposed and introduced in action. The author has been enabled to obtain the utility model patent. The latest rational engineering concepts have been introduced into production and as a result, the economic effect has been correspondently obtained in the amount of UAH 62.800 and UAH 48.600.
