The thesis is dedicated to the problems of improvement of the theoretical principles, technique, organization of the accounting and internal control of the production quality of dairy cattle breeding. Theoretical principles of the accounting and control of the production quality of dairy cattle breeding. The classification of the milk quality grading was accomplished. The influence of the organizing and technological features over the acounting and internal control organization of the production quality was estimated. It was offered to improve the system of the documentation and information fusion concerning the quality of the produced and realized milk, more precise definition of the composition and nomenclature of the cost-accounting expenses articles by emphasizing the expenses article "Expenses on providing with the production quality" was grounded. The methodical approaches of dairy cattle breeding farms activity budgeting were determined. The organizing and methodical model of internal control of the production quality was developed and the organizing principles of the control mechanism of the effectiveness of the milk production and realization.
