Maslova-Yurchenko K. Underwriting agreement in legislation of Ukraine.

This dissertation explores the most important theoretical and practical problems which arise in connection to the underwriting agreement under the law of Ukraine. Its legal nature, parties and their rights and obligations are described. It's also determined that this contract ranks independently as a special type of service contract in the system of civil contracts. Legal features of the referred contract are analysed, and its definition is formulated on their grounds. Possible terms of this contract are scrutinized. The features which make this civilistic construction differ from the connatural contracts are explored and determined.
