Essay

The theses are devoted to the actual problem of the younger pupils' group work on the text. The concept of 'pupils' group work' is specified; the features of group work of the primary school children are cleared up; the methods of group work on the text in the lessons of literacy in the 1st form, in the reading lessons in the 2nd form are designed, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. The essence of the developed method is to ensure its phased implementation: primary formation of the general educational collaboration skills of pupils, gradual coverage of more stages of work on the text.
