Kovalska O. Architectonically plan organization of hotels (on the example of more large cities of Ukraine)

The purpose of the study is to develop a typological framework and appropriate architectural and planning organization of hotels. The object of study - hotels in major cities of Ukraine. The subject of study - architecture and planning organization of hotels' buildings. Method of research includes the study of the results of research works and publications in special editions, conducting field studies, compilation and analysis of domestic and foreign practice of design and construction of hotels, graphic-analytical method of construction that is built on the principles of graphical modeling and experimental design, techno-economic analysis of projected hotels. Scientific novelty of the results is the first examination of modern hotels' formation, offering their advanced classification and typology. There are identified historical patterns of development of architectural and typological characteristics, determined the directions and presented proposals for the perspective development of hotels' buildings in major cities of Ukraine. The practical significance of the results. The main provisions of the thesis have been used in the development of regulatory documents (State Building Codes - DBN V.2.2-20: 2008 "Hotels") PJSC "KIEVZNDIEP" and put into the design practice of PJSC "KIEVZNDIEP" (suggestions for the construction of hotel and office complex in the Pechersk district of the city Kiev), LLC "Ukrinstalkon of Szymanowski" (recreation "Moonlight Beach" in Kiev).
