Shukhtina I. The mechanism of interstitial (endocellular) formation of helicobacter infection "depot" at chronic Нelicobacteriosis patients

In the thesis presented a theoretical generalization and a new solution of important scientific problems in discovering pathogenetic mechanism of formation of interstitial (intracellular) "depot" of Helicobacter pylori in the gastric mucosa of patients of chronic helicobacteriozis. It is shown that the formation of a "depot" helicobacter infection occurs after the application of schemes for HP eradication using proton pump inhibitors in most cases (80.9 %) in the body of the stomach mucosa of the small curvature. After prolonged emotional stress "depot" forms in most cases (93.8 %) in the mucosa of the stomach body on the greater curvature. Also, there is a tendency to increase pre oncologic changes in the mucous membrane in the form of atrophy, colon metaplasia, dysplasia, than at control patients. The formation of interstitial (intracellular) "depot" HP leads to blockage of acid formation function of cells and impairs digestion in the stomach, which increases the load in the digestive process in the pancreas.
