Korobko O. Role of complex diagnostics endometrium and uterus walls in increase of efficiency of treatment of female barreness

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of restoration of reproductive function at women after unsuccessful attempts of auxiliary reproductive technologies on the basis of studying clinical-functional, endocrinological and endoscopical features of a condition endometrium, and also workings out and introductions of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of a various pathology endometrium and gynecologic disease in an inefficiency of carrying out of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients with complex barreness factors is shown. Value hysteroscopy in increase of efficiency of diagnostics of female barreness after unsuccessful attempts of auxiliary reproductive technologies is established. Features of structure, the reproductive anamnesis, duration and treatment of barreness at women with complex factors after unsuccessful attempts of auxiliary reproductive technologies are studied. Comparative aspects of a clinical current of barreness at patients with complex factors against various gynecologic disease are shown. The stage-by-stage approach of treatment of barreness at patients of this group with use modern endoscopical technologies, correction dyshormonal infringements both complex conservative and operative treatment is developed. The algorithm of conducting patients with complex factors of barreness after unsuccessful attempts of auxiliary reproductive technologies is presented.
