Scientific work is devoted decrease frequencies of postoperative complications у women the senior age groups with complex uterus pathology on a basis studying at them clinical-morphological , microbiological and immunological features, and also workings out and introductions of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Comparative aspects clinical symptoms of complex pathologies of a uterus at women of the senior age groups in need of operative treatment are studied. We studied morphological features of endometrium at development complex pathologies of a uterus at women of the given group. It is shown a role of infringements micribiocenose of sexual ways and immunological changes in progressing leiomyoma of uterus and recedive of hyperplastic processes of endometrium at women of the senior age groups, operative apropos complex uterus pathology.
