Essay

. Object: the management staff of the enterprise. Purpose: To study theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve personnel management and personnel policy of enterprises forming consumer cooperatives in Ukraine in the context of competitiveness. Methods: scientific, general scientific and special methods and approaches: analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical, historical, logical, comprehensive, economic and statistical, comparative and economic approach. It is offered: first: expediency of the use of socio-economic and sectoral indices by quantitative assessment of human resources policy based on the integral indicator that enables justify strategic priorities to improve personnel management including the formation of personnel policy in the context of enterprise competitiveness Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine; it is improved: methodological approaches to the impact of scientific views on the formation of personnel policy in the business, the interpretation of the category of "personnel policy in the context of the competitiveness of enterprises of consumer cooperation"; elements of personnel policy of enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine in the context of competitiveness, the strategy of personnel policy of enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine in the context of competitiveness$ gathered subsequent development: the concept of personnel management based on the formation and implementation of personnel policy in the context of the competitiveness of enterprises of consumer cooperation, structural and logical model selection and distribution personnel.
